Celebrate your love while our exceptional catering provides an integral ingredient in this recipe for a blissful wedding. Allow Executive Chef Robert Lang to dazzle you and your guests with his flair for creative menus. Classically trained at the renowned hotel school Bad Gleichenbuerg in Austria, Chef Lang perfected his skills in Europe, Israel, the Caribbean and Hawaii. Whether for banquets, catering events or our in-house restaurants, Chef Robert Lang applies his culinary genius and artistic flair to all the dishes he creates or oversees. His staff are carefully selected and trained to follow suit.
Alain Roby simultaneously fulfills the position of Senior Corporate Pastry Chef for all Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. One of the world’s most highly regarded pastry chefs, Chef Roby is certified as a Master Chef of Pastry & Sugar Artistry and is a permanent committee member of the exclusive Societe D’Escofier Chicago. World-traveled, Chef Roby has appeared on several Food Network shows, has been featured in a range of publications, and has been inducted in to Pastry Art & Design’s Hall of Fame.
